There is a little girl who we've met at a few other shows. Her name is Maci. She has siblings who are the same age as my 2 oldest kids and I knew her family when the kids were all in elementary school. But we lost touch after that. Maci's mom makes adorable and very popular necklaces out of bottle caps. Anyway, Maci, is precious! I think she is in 2nd grade. As we were packing up, Maci came by and was talking up a storm. I decided to ask her about the booth beside her mom's booth. I have no idea what that booth was all about, but the woman "manning" the booth was dressed like a Pentecostal (you know, denim skirt, tennis shoes, nondescript pullover). She was doing yoga-esque poses with her eyes closed and her ears plugged up with earbuds. I rarely saw her speak to anyone (not that anyone was there-ha ha). So I asked Maci what was up with that booth. Did she find the poses a little freaky? Maci said that, yeah, the woman seemed weird. Then Maci said, "But she gave me a book mark. Sometimes weird people are also kinda nice."
What can you say to that?
