Will you give interviews?

Yes. Please contact us by email at ista@whatsyourista.com. Put “media” in the subject line. 

What is your return policy?

If you are unsatisfied with your clothing purchase, you may return it to us within 15 days of receipt. You must notify us before sending back your return. We do not accept returns for sizing issues. Please carefully review the size charts provided to help you choose the correct size. Remember, it’s a t-shirt. You know your size. Hint: If this is a gift for a teen, they probably want it smaller than you think they should wear.

 How long will it take to get my shirt?

Please allow 3 to 6 weeks for your purchase to arrive. We’d rather surprise you with a quicker arrival than disappoint you by being late. 

How will you ship my shirt?

Most orders will be mailed Priority Mail or First Class Mail through the United States Postal Service. 

Do you offer wholesale pricing? Will you sell through a retail outlet?

Yes, please contact us through our email. Please put “Retail” in the subject line. 

Who pays sales tax and what is the rate?

South Carolina Residents Only: Your order will be subject to a 6% sales tax, in keeping with state laws. For your convenience, the sales tax will be automatically added to your order when you enter in your shipping address. 

Do you ship internationally?

We will, but please email us before you place your order. 

How will each shirt be printed?

Our shirts are screen printed in South Carolina. 

Can groups or organizations order in bulk?

Yes.  Look for the Create Your Own category under the Shop tag.  Or email us at ista@whatsyourista.com. Put “bulk order” in the subject line.
